Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of DealScreen. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use DealScreen.

The Service

DealScreen provides software that drafts venture deal screens from company links and related context. The product may include saved deal queues, generated memo sections, billing features, shared workspaces, comments, votes, memo templates, notifications, and other team workflow tools.

No Investment Advice

DealScreen is an information and workflow tool. Outputs are automatically generated and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or based on limited public information. Nothing in DealScreen is legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own diligence, judgment, and investment decisions.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and only use DealScreen in compliance with applicable laws and obligations.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing periods, team seat charges, and plan features are shown at checkout or in the product. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the available billing portal or other supported cancellation method.

Teams subscriptions may include per-seat charges for active members and pending invitations. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing access, roles, and invitations and for the resulting seat charges.

Your Content

You retain ownership of company URLs, notes, saved screens, and other content you submit. You grant DealScreen the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and generate outputs from that content in order to provide and improve the service.

Acceptable Use

You may not use DealScreen to violate laws, infringe rights, submit content you are not authorized to use, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, scrape abusively, or attempt to bypass security, usage, or billing controls.

Availability and Changes

DealScreen may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that generated outputs will meet your requirements.

Disclaimers and Liability

DealScreen is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealScreen disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
